MEAT CUTLETS RECIPE

 

SERVES 10

 

GOLDEN MEAT CUTLETS CAN MAKE WITH ANY KIND OF MINCED MEAT OR PULLED MEAT. THIS SOFT DELICIOUS CUTLETS ARE THE BEST FOR ANY PARTIES AND AS AN EVENING SNACK

 

STEP 1

INGREDIENTS 

  • 450G Minced Meat /Pulled Meat 

  • 1 Large Onion thin chopped

  • 2 Tablespoon of Ginger crushed

  • 2 Tablespoon of Garlic crushed

  • 1 Teaspoon of Fennel Seeds

  • 1 teaspoon of Salt 

  • 4 Tablespoon of Olive oil

  • 10-15 Curry leaves

  • 4 Green Chilli

  • 4 Cloves

  • 1 Cinnomon Stick (2cm)

  • 15 Crushed Pepper

  • 1/2 Tablespoon of Kashmiri Chilli Powder  OR Paprika Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon of Coriander powder

  • 1/2 Tablespoon of Turmeric Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Garam Masala

  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Cardamom Powder

  • 1/2 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice

  • 2 Large Potato boiled, Peeled and Crushed

  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves chopped

STEP 2

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 Egg

  • 4 Pieces of Bread OR Bread Crumps

  • Oil to Fry

How to Make Golden Meat Cutlets

 

1  Take a pan. Maintain medium heat.

 

2 Add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot add the Fennel Seeds.

 

3 Add the crushed ginger, garlic and green chilli. Also add finely chopped Onion and curry leaves. Also add the salt.  Add the cloves and cinnamon stick.

4 Stir. Once onions are soft reduce the flame to low.

5 Add the Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric, coriander, cardamom and garam masala powders. Stir for 2 minutes, add lemon juice and the cooked meat, don't add water from meat if any.

***( Meat need to boil for 30 minutes with 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder and water )

6 Add the boiled and crushed potatoes, Pepper crushed and coriander leaves.

7 Stir well until everything is mixed

8 Turn off the heat

STEP 2

 

9 Transfer everything to a bowl.

10 Let it to cool little bit to handle it.

 

11 Beat 3 eggs 

 

12 Make bread crumbs with bread

 

13 Add the vegetable oil in a pan for shallow fry.

14 Make round shaped cutlets, not too thick with the potato and meat mixture.

15 Dip in egg and gently place on bread crumbs

16 Once oil is hot add the cutlets in to the oil, Maintain a temperature between low and medium flame.

17 Flip every 1 to 2 minutes until both sides are golden brown colour.

18 Serve hot or cold this soft crunchy cutlets with mayo or tomato or garlic butter sauce.
