Appetizer is a must to start your meal to create a proper hunger. It also anticipates your eagerness for what's about to come. To make this happen one thing is very important. What is it?

The appetizer, wheather it is Chinese, Indian or Japanese, it must taste good. Some appetizers can be cold, some hot. I prefer hot. That's just me. Never mind... What is your favourite appetizer? Wherever you live doesn't matter. What matters is the food needs to be tasty. If the appetizer is not tasty or not good, I mean just imagine. How can you enjoy your main meal? You already lost your appetite.
