Fish Pepper Roast

Indian pan fried fish is famous for its authencity and unique taste. Pan fried fish is made in different ways. In that the most famous is masala added fish. Here I just tried this combo in a reduced masala style, so that anyone can enjoy the actual taste of the fish. The more the masala, the taste of the fish cannot be prominent. So I hope this recipe satisfy your taste buds and is a good recipe to enjoy with a glass of smooth red wine too. It is more enjoyable with rice or even with chapati and also can be seved itself.
