Ingredients
INGREDIENTS
Step :1
1 tablespoon of chilli powder
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon of coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon of Asofoetida
1 tablespoon of garlic paste
2 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of tomato Ketch Up
3/4 teaspoon of salt
Step :2
250g of Paneer cubes, cut into big square pieces
Step :3
No ingredients required in this step
Step :4
2-3 tablespoon of olive oil or any other cooking oil
1 tablespoon of Butter
How to Make
STEP :1
Mix all the step1 ingredients together in a bowl, to make a paste
Keep this paste aside.
STEP :2
Chop the paneer into square pieces.
Attach the skewer to each piece of paneer.
STEP :3
Coat the paneer with the spice paste already made in step 1.
Keep this aside for 10 minutes
STEP :4
Maintain medium flame.
Add the oil and butter. Once the oil and butter is hot , add the paneer pieces.
Flip every 1 minute.
Cook for 5 minutes until it is soft.
After 5 minutes paneer can go harder. So it is better not to cook paneer more than 5 minutes.
The recipe is better to serve hot with rice or itself.
