This is an easy fish curry for making on a daily basis. It doesn't need coconut. This curry is only moderately spicy. Also the curry is made with less ingredients in less time. I really want to share this recipe with you all.

Ingredients
INGREDIENTS - Step 1
3-4 tablespoon Cooking Oil
1/2 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds
1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
1 tsp of Salt
1 tablespoon Ginger chopped
1 Green Chilli
1 Onion Large
12-15 Curry leaves
1 Tomato Large
1 tablespoon Tomato Puree
1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Salt OR as required
200g -700g Fish
1 piece Malabar Tamarind/Garcinia Cambogia
OR 1 teaspoon Tamarind paste
3 tbsp of Olive Oil OR Cooking Oil
1-2 tablespon Coriander Leaves
How to Make
Step 1
Heat the pan and add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. After it sizzles, add ginger, chopped chilli, Onion and curry leaves. Fry all these for 8-10 minutes. Add the tomato and stir again.
Add tomato puree and rest of the spices including chilli powder, kashmiri chilli powder, Turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix well. Add water and salt.
Cover with a lid and bring to boil. Add the fish pieces and tamarind or tamarind paste. (optional, adding tamarind or tamarind paste can give more taste but it is optional )
Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. After 5 minutes take the lid off and cook for 10-15 minutes. Add the coriander leaves, when the required consistency reaches, turn off the heat.
