SALMON ROAST

GARLIC RICE RECIPE WHICH IS AVAILABLE ON YOUTUBE.
STEP 1
INGREDIENTS

2 (260G) Salmon Fillet.

1/2 teaspoon of Salt

1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder

1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri Chilli Powder
-
1/4th teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder

1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
-
1 teaspoon of Tamarind water

OR
-
1/2 teaspoon of Tamarind paste

1 teaspoon of Ginger paste
-
Or
-
1 teaspoon of Garlic paste
STEP 2
INGREDIENTS

3-4 Tablespoon of Olive oil
How to Pan fry the Salmon
1 Take a bowl. Add all step 1 ingredients (excluding the salmon) and make a paste. ( Make sure you only add Tamarind water or Tamarind paste, either one of them. Also( make sure you only add ginger paste or garlic paste, either one of them).
2 Add the salmon fillets to paste and apply all over the salmon by using gloves or spoon.
3 Keep in fridge for 10minutes
STEP 2
1 Take a Pan and maintain low heat.
2 Add 3-4 tablespoon of Olive oil
3 Once oil is hot place the marinated salmon to oil by keeping the skin side facing down.
4 After 3 minutes flip to other side.
5 Fry the other side for 2 minutes. Make sure to flip to side in between. Watch the video for perfection.
**Serve with garlic rice.
