SEAFOOD MASALA ROAST

MOST OF THE SEAFOOD CAN BE USED IN THIS RECIPE. THIS RECIPE IS DELICIOUS ITS OWN OR TO SERVE WITH RICE.
STEP 1
INGREDIENTS

600G Squid/Scallops/prawns/musseles/octopus

2 Medium Onions

2 Tablespoon of Ginger

1 Tablespoon of Garlic

1 Teaspoon of Mustard Seeds

1 teaspoon of Salt

3-4 Tablespoon of Olive oil

5-10 Curry leaves

1-3 Green Chilli
-
2 Kashmiri Chilli (optional)
STEP 2
INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon of Turmeric Powder

2 teaspoon of Coriander Powder
-
3 teaspoon of Kashmiri Chilli Powder OR Paprika powder

250mls of water
STEP 3
INGREDIENTS

2 Tablespoon of Tamarind Water

OR
-
1 Teaspoon of Tamarind Paste

10 Curry leaves
-
Olive Oil to sprinkle
How to Cook Seafood Masala Roast
1 Take a pan. Maintain medium heat.
2 Add the olive oil. Once the oil is hot add the mustard seeds.
3 Add the finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaves, green chilli and kashmiri chilli. Also add the salt.
4 Stir fry everything until is soft.
STEP 2
5 Take a small bowl, add the water, turmeric powder, paprika/kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well.
STEP 3
6 Add this spice mixture (step 2) into the fried onions. Also add the seafood. Also add the tamarind water
7 Cook for 8-13 minutes on medium flame until the water is fully evaporated. Once water is evaporated add some curry leaves and sprinkle some olive oil. Stir and serve.
